I definitely want to prioritise my health in a new way. I am someone who doesn’t like the taste of veggies and doesn’t enjoy eating them but God has graciously given me new ways to prepare meals that are packed with nutrients and delicious tastesss so I look forward to being more intentional and creative with the food I eat.
