Hello everyone, I decided to kick off my first post of 2025 by sharing what the first month of the year has been like so far. So let's dive right in!
January looked like...
Driving past Starbucks because I told myself that I spent too much money on their matcha and banana loafs this past year. I also came to really understand what my parents meant when they said "there is food at home" because truly THERE IS FOOD AT HOME.
Doom scrolling on YouTube Shorts and deciding to start sleeping without my phone in the room. Some days I would fail, but on the days I didn't, my mornings were so much better, so I will definitely keep trying this.
Finding joy in journaling, scheduling my week and having a lovely cup of tea!
Prioritizing my sleep and really stepping in to my “grandma era” because I may or may not be in bed by 8:30pm.
Starting my first book of 2025. Please share any book recommendations for my next book.

Going on my first trip of the year to celebrate my lovely friend, which included yummy meals, endless laughs, and an exuberant amount of joy.

Going on lots and lots of walks and spending time outside.
Obsessing over overnight oats and chia seed pudding.
Constantly learning to seek the approval of God and not of man.

The start of your year looks very intentional, exciting, and disciplined! You’ve accomplished so much and have already set yourself up for a beautiful 11 months coming up! I’m so proud of you and I hope February is filled with lots of love and abundance from our Father!! Love youuu, so proud of you 😘🥰
This was such a refreshing read. Happy New Year Lisa, wishing you all the best this year!
