This blog is in collaboration with my dear friend, Victoria. She shared this recipe with me as we were talking on a facetime call and making breakfast. She started making this amazing refreshment to go along with her meal and I was very intrigued, so why not share the yumminess with all of you!

List of Ingredients

  • 1 cup of filtered or bottled water

  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon

  • 2 tbsp Agave nectar

  • A handful of frozen blueberries

  • 3-5 fresh mint leaves

Let’s Get Started

  1. Squeeze your lemon until you have about 3 tbsp worth of lemon juice.

  2. Mix your lemon juice with 2 tbsp of agave nectar until well combined.

  3. Add 1 cup of water and mix well. Taste test here to ensure you have have a good sweet/sour/refreshing combination.

  4. Add a handful of frozen blueberries. You can even muddle them to allow that blueberry flavor to really shine.

  5. Crush/muddle the mint leaves in your hand or a bowl and mix in.

  6. Let it sit. The longer it sits, the more the flavor seeps in from both the blueberries and mint.

  7. Add some ice cubes and serve in your favorite glass.

  8. Sit back and enjoy!

The best part is that when you are finished, you get to eat the blueberries at the bottom of your glass. - Vicky

  9. Also if you would like more of a fizzy refresher, you can replace the cup of water with a cup of sparkling water!

Thank you

I hope that you all try and enjoy this very berry refresher, let us know if you do!

Most of all thank you Victoria for sharing this with me and all the readers.

With Lots and Lots of Love,

Kami & Vicky.
